(Good for properties that are already active or off-market) • We will work with you and your buyer to determine the terms and main points of the offer and construct the paperwork to make it all legal. • We calculate every cost that’s associated with the offer so you know exactly what the offer means for your bottom line. • We handle all of your paperwork, drafting, and all signatures and emailing to all parties. • All documents, signatures, and delivery are done electronically.
