Here’s the process to get your listing started (all information on this page has been emailed to you):
- Listing Data: Visit www.ohiomlsflatfee.com/start (this link has been emailed to you) to give us all the details of your property.
- Photos: Submit them at www.ohiomlsflatfee.com/photo/ (If you added the Professional Marketing Bundle to your listing our professional photographer will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a time for your photo shoot and share it directly with us so we can keep your listing moving forward.)
- Property Disclosures: You’ll receive a DocuSign inivtation via email to fill out your property disclosures. If there is more than one signer, we will email them separately with their own invitation.
- Listing Documents: Once we have your property details, photos, and disclosures, we will email and text you to let you know when your listing documents are ready to review.
- Final Steps: Once you approve your listing documents, we will walk you through next steps to get your listing live.
