- Photos: Submit them at www.ohiomlsflatfee.com/photo/
- Property Disclosures: You’ll receive a DocuSign inivtation via email to fill out your property disclosures. If there is more than one signer, we will email them separately with their own invitation.
- Listing Documents: Once we have your property details, photos, and disclosures, we will email and text you to let you know when your listing documents are ready to review.
- Final Steps: Once you approve your listing documents, we will walk you through next steps to get your listing live.
